Alexandra Park School welcomes feedback from parents and carers, whether to raise a concern, share a positive experience or offer a perspective on how we can improve what we do. 

We strive to maintain positive relationships with our parents and carers and to communicate in a way that avoids the need to formally raise a complaint. We do this by encouraging parents and carers to contact us through the school’s normal communication channels if they have a concern about any aspect of their child’s experience with us. 

We have developed the below summary for parents and carers to advise them of the steps they can take to seek resolution of any concerns or complaints. All concerns raised with us are taken seriously and dealt with honestly, politely and in confidence.
