I can’t get into SchoolCloud to book:

The system is set up so that you are authenticated using parent title, parent last name and student DOB. You’re probably entering the correct DOB, but maybe using a different title or surname from the one on we have on our system. It has to match exactly - see below.
Try a few possible options and if you still can’t get in, contact your child’s tutor or Director of Studies to ask how your name and child's DOB appear on SIMS. This should enable you to access the system.
